Inauguration of Prof. Nisar Ahmed Siddiqui Computer Lab at Pakistan Sweet Home, Sukkur

Pakistan Sweet Home Sukkur organized annual Independence Day celebrations at their premises. Vice Chancellor Sukkur IBA University Prof. Dr. Syed Mir Muhammad Shah graced the occasion as the Chief Guest of the event. Dignitaries from all walks of life attended the celebrations.

During the ceremony, Pakistan Sweet Home Sukkur also inaugurated a computer Lab in memory of Founding Vice Chancellor of Sukkur IBA University, Prof. Nisar Ahmed Siddiqui (Sitara-e-Imtiaz). Little residents of the home paid tribute and homage to Prof. Nisar through speeches and tablos and reenactment of his life events.

Registrar Sukkur IBA Dr. Zahid Hussain Khand while talking to the audience appreciated the efforts of sweet home to provide a quality lifestyle to the little angels, he also urged the children to work hard and study to become the shining stars of the nation.

Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Syed Mir Muhammad Shah during his speech congratulated the staff and children for organizing such a wonderful event. He said that after the demise of Prof. Nisar, the management of Sukkur IBA University is working with the same zeal and motivation to spread the mission of “Serving the Community”. Prof. Shah ensured full support to Pakistan Sweet Home for training and development of the staff members, scholarships for the students and material, and books for labs and the library. Gift Hampers from Sukkur IBA University were also distributed by Prof. Dr. Syed Mir Muhammad Shah and Dr. Zahid Hussain Khand among the children.

Mr. Ali Raza Ansari, Administrator SMC and Mr. Shabir Memon from Pakistan Sweet Home also spoke at the occasion. Shields were also presented to distinguished guests by Pakistan Sweet Home.
